Kaja summons a ring of Primal Lightning that expands and returns to him.
Enemies hit take 160 (+70% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage and recover 78 HP to Kaja. Healing from subsequent hits is reduced to 33%.
Soaring Wings

Kaja dashes to the target area, gaining Control Immunity during the dash. On arrival, he deals 250 (+120% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage, knocking back and stunning nearby enemies for 0.5s, then enters the Soaring state.
The Soaring state lasts 6.6s. During this time, he ignores obstacles and gains 15% Movement Speed, but his turn radius is restricted. He can use Basic Attacks while moving, dealing 100 (+25% Total Magic Power) (+ 2% target's Max HP) Magic Damage to surrounding enemies.
Upon entering the Soaring state, the cooldown of Soaring Wings is reduced to 4s (unaffected by Cooldown Reduction). Hitting a hero or creep extends the Soaring state by 2.6s.

Kaja hurls a Primal Lightning Lasso at the target area. After a 0.5s delay, all enemy heroes remaining in the area take 360 (+80% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage and are trapped for 2.5s.
While active, Kaja can drag the lasso, shrinking its radius and pulling enemies at the boundary along with him (does not interrupt their skills).

He also pairs well with allies with AoE, like Odette, Pharsa, and Ixia. Kaja can hold enemies in place while they pile on the damage. The perfect set!
Strong Against
Kaja does well against carries with no mobility skills, such as Layla, Ixia, and Vexana. Once he flies in and lassoes them, there's no hope of escape.
Weak Against
Now, if you're up against Kaja, remember that while his Ultimate can't be Purified, heroes with mobility like Kagura, Yi Sun-shin, and Suyou can still dodge it with a dash.
